When your friends greet you with “What the #@%& have you been doing?!”, and asking advice on how they can look like that, there is a deep gut feeling that Tim Ferris’s“ 4-Hour Body” have figured out the missing puzzle for living, looking and feeling at its maximum best.
Is this Just the latest Fitness Fad or is the 4-hour Body for Real?
The 4-Hour body is not a fad or the newest fitness phenomena. It is the real deal. Tim Ferris spend more than 10 years using himself as a human experiment for the 4-Hour Body, and he also accessed and worked with the world’s best athletes and scientists. Together they all collaborated with one goal in mind; for all things physical, what are the tiniest changes that produce the biggest results? What can we do to maximize time with optimal result?
Outrageous Claims for the 4-Hour Body
Tim Ferris is short of having a part in a Harry Potter movie, where he boldly claims some outright unrealistic claims; eat as much as you want (binge and still lose weight), healing of permanent injuries, become a competitive runner, add super human strength, look better without drug interjection, and how to sleep better. It is some outrageous claims Tim Ferris makes, and the incredible
thing is that he can back it up.

im Ferris stated in the 4-Hour Body that the reader should be proactively skeptical, not defensively skeptical. This point is as true to life as it goes. This is to test for optimal performance and productivity with the shortest amount of time. The 4-Hour Body will produce result that seems unreal and unthinkable, to the point of impossible. Tim Ferris said it perfect when he explained
how “most breakthroughs in performance enhancement start with animals (racehorses), followed by AIDS patients, bodybuilders, elite athletes, rich people and finally the general population.” This is so typical of how naïve and mislead the general public is. We trust the USDA, the FDA and the health care system, which by the way, all are approximately 10 to 20 years behind the
time curve.
4-Hour Body is the solution for well being
If you want to lose fat, get stronger, gain muscles and heal old injuries, this book is for you. Is this book the fountain of youth? Well, pretty close, and the people who follow have achieved magical result. This book also makes me laugh so hard that I had
to put it down and breath. Inspirational, educational and health revolutionary are a few attributes
and thoughts that immediately come to mind when describing the 4-Hour Body. I am extremely fortunate to have read Tim Ferris’s book.
